These universal discount cards are free and usable by any uninsured person — no insurance, no enrollment. Member IDs on most cards are unique — tap “Get your free card” to claim yours. Manufacturer copay programs need insurance or enrollment, so they link out per drug instead. Verify before use; never use alongside insurance.
Store programs — no card needed
Some pharmacies publish flat cash prices on select generics. No coupon, card, or signup — just walk in with a prescription.
Cash-pay only. Do not submit to insurance. Cannot be used with Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, or any government health program. If you have insurance, verify your copay first — it may be lower. Discount-card prices vary by pharmacy and location, so the price at your counter may differ. Out-of-pocket costs from these programs do not count toward Medicare Part D TrOOP.
